Here's your chance to pit yourself against 600 Firefighters in a climb up 28 floors wearing 25kgs of Turnout Gear and Breathing Apparatus. This year, the Firefighter's Charity Fund with your help will be climbing to raise $700,000 to aid in the fight against depression, PTSI and suicide. Compete, donate, or sponsor a Firefighter to help the Emergency Services Foundation support mental health initiatives.
Hi Everyone,
Since 2020, I have raised over $72,000 for this the 000 Foundation supporting Emergency Service first responders and their families! I have also raised another $8000 for like charities such as Black Dog, Royal Flying Doctor Service and Cancer Councils Relay for Life.
This year, I will be climbing for team 000 foundation, so that I can represent every fire service across Australia and the world for this event! So no matter where you are from, please support me in raising funds for First Responders and their families!
As someone who has spoken out immensely about mental health and general well-being for over 12 years, this event is one in very proud to partake in!
As an Army Veteran who was wounded in action and was diagnosed with mental health conditions upon return to Australia, I am all but too familiar with the struggles faced.
Lifeline are a real frontline for mental health crisis support and the work they do is absolutely life saving.
The Peter MacCallum cancer foundation is one of the leading research and treatment centres specifically built to assist those with cancer.
This will be my last big year fundraising as I aim to hit $23,010 as my target, which would take me to $100,000 raised as an individual for Emergency Services personnel and their mental health.
Help me one last time to smash out the fundraising and hit that amazing goal of $100,000 raised.
Thanks π€π»
So far, I've raised $1,630 of my $23,010 fundraising goal.
