Climbing for FRV Warrnambool

The numbers around mental illness are absolutely shocking. On average 8 people a day in Australia die by suicide. 1 in 4 Australians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime. 1 in 10 Emergency Service Workers will suffer a Post Traumatic Stress Injury.
When you replace those numbers with faces it becomes a whole lot more tragic.
This year I am climbing again to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline, Fortem and the Emergency Services Foundation to improve support services, fund research, remove stigmas and raise awareness of Mental health issues like depression, Post Traumatic Stress Injury and suicide, especially for those within the Emergency Service and Defence communities..

So far, I've raised $378 of my $500 fundraising goal.

I've completed 10,236 steps towards our overall goal of 1,000,000 steps.
