Positioned on the Northern face of foothills of the Dandenongs, are the Mt Evelyn CFA Team. 7 Men, 1 Woman – 100% volunteer CFA fire fighters that have opted to sign up for this massive 28 Storey Stair Climb Challenge wearing 25Kg’s of fire fighting equipment including wearing Breathing Apparatus.
There are no gym’s in these remote fire stations, so the team are doing what they can to train, whenever and where ever they can. Their Goal…. To raise at least $5000 as a group to go to the Alfred Hospital Burns Unit.
