Here's your chance to pit yourself against 600 Firefighters in a climb up 28 floors wearing 25kgs of Turnout Gear and Breathing Apparatus. This year, the Firefighter's Charity Fund with your help will be climbing to raise $700,000 to aid in the fight against depression, PTSI and suicide. Compete, donate, or sponsor a Firefighter to help the Emergency Services Foundation support mental health initiatives.

This year I’m taking part in the Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb, climbing hundreds of stairs in full firefighting gear to raise money for Lifeline, Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation and the 000 Foundation.
From volunteering with CFA to now serving as a volunteer firefighter in WA with VFES, I’ve seen firsthand that people often carry far more than what others see on the surface. Behind every uniform — and every person — can be stress, trauma, grief, pressure or challenges that continue long after the moment has passed.
The Stair Climb raises vital funds for organisations that support people through some of life’s hardest moments, and I’m proud to be taking part.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount genuinely helps. Thank you ❤️
