Climbing for FFMV Warrandyte

Hi Everyone.
I’m a member of Forest Fire Management Victoria, and I am doing this again, to raise public awareness, and to remove the stigma around seeking assistance, when faced with traumatic events. Either short term, or spanning a career. The funds raised will go directly to Fire Fighter Mental Health Programs (Lifeline and 000 Foundation), who do a wonderful job by providing their services. This year, funds raised will also support the great work of Peter Mac Research, which is proving links to fire fighter long term exposure to smoke/chemicals and cancers such as bowel and lung. Not to mention the wonderful work they do for everyone, not just fire personnel.
If you have spare change, please throw it to a good cause, and support those first responders who support our communities statewide.

9/11 Memorial

The Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb remembers the 343 Firefighters that lost their lives in the line of duty on 11th September 2001.

My stair climb race bib will include the name and photo of FDNY Firefighter Lawrence T Stack in memory of their sacrifice made on that fateful day. Search and read more about Lawrence T Stack.
