Here's your chance to pit yourself against 600 Firefighters in a climb up 28 floors wearing 25kgs of Turnout Gear and Breathing Apparatus. This year, the Firefighter's Charity Fund with your help will be climbing to raise $700,000 to aid in the fight against depression, PTSI and suicide. Compete, donate, or sponsor a Firefighter to help the Emergency Services Foundation support mental health initiatives.
Hi. From 10 September (R U OK? Day) to 10 October (World Mental Health Day) I’ll be taking part in a million steps for mental health, the virtual stair climb, and helping to raise $500,000 to improve support services, fund research, remove stigmas and raise awareness of mental health issues.
Please help me “Step up to fight depression, PTSI and suicide, especially for those within the Emergency Service and Defence communities” by sponsoring me below.
Thanks to our sponsors, 100% of every dollar donated will go to mental health.
Thanks also to Diamond Creek Fire Brigade for getting behind those of us who are climbing.
So far, I've raised $233 of my $500 fundraising goal.
I've completed 8,065 steps towards our overall goal of 1,000,000 steps.

Thanks Rufi, the older I get, the more I'll step, I think that approach should serve me well.
