Here's your chance to pit yourself against 500 Firefighters in a climb up 28 floors wearing 25kgs of Turnout Gear and Breathing Apparatus. This year, the Firefighter's Charity Fund with your help will be climbing to raise $500,000 to aid in the fight against depression, PTSD and suicide. Compete, donate, or sponsor a Firefighter to help the Firefighters Charity Fund support mental health initiatives.
By September I will have travelled from small town Hunterville, New Zealand, to Melbourne, Australia to take on this challenge.
On September 2nd I’ll be running up 28 floors in full firefighting kit to raise money to help mental health treatments and to fight PTSD.
Our communities and loved ones need us to stand up and fight for them, and to improve the quality of care for those struggling with their mental health. They need us to be there and show them it’s OK to ask for help.
You can be a part of this too, and support my journey by making a donation at the link below or by contacting me at email@example.com
Thanks to our event sponsors, 100% of the money raised will go towards the chosen beneficiaries and see a change to Mental Health and PTSD
Let’s be the silver lining!
Thank you for your support
So far, I've raised $310 of my $1,000 fundraising goal.
