Climbing for TFS Kingston

Hi all,
I will be stepping up, on the 12th September 2026 and attempting, by donning my full fighting gear and Breathing Apparatus weighing around 25kg and ascending 28 floors of the Crown Metropol hotel. From the bottom to top without breaks.
Last year I completed in a time of 5 mins 28secs and for my own personal gain I’m going to try decrease this time… ( no pressure lol 🤣)
Myself and other tfs volunteer fire fighters from around the state and around Australia, will be attempting the same in their own way to raise funds for Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation and 000 Foundation and Lifeline
As a symbol of the burden of significant health and well-being issues faced by all emergency first responders and their families on a daily basis, some will be breathing “on air” through a self contained breathing apparatus adding an extra level of difficulty to our climb.
So we need your help in raising much needed funds. Any denomination will be appreciated. Just either look for my name or brigade name (Kingston) to donate.
