Climbing for CFA Heathcote

Hi all and welcome to my Stair Climb profile page.
This year I will be climbing 28 floors whilst wearing 25kgs of kit, breathing tank air.

Why? To raise awareness and funds for Mental Health and for the fight against depression, PTSI and suicide. Please feel free to donate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It’s for a great cause.

This year, with your help, we aim to raise $500,000 for Lifeline, the Black Dog Institute and 000 Foundation to improve support services, fund research, remove stigmas and raise awareness of Mental health issues like depression, Post Traumatic Stress Injury and suicide, especially for those within the Emergency Service and Defence communities.

9/11 Memorial

The Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb remembers the 343 Firefighters that lost their lives in the line of duty on 11th September 2001.

My stair climb race bib will include the name and photo of FDNY Firefighter Patrick J O Keefe in memory of their sacrifice made on that fateful day. Search and read more about Patrick J O Keefe.

I was able to raise $150 of my $1000 fundraising goal.
