Here's your chance to pit yourself against 600 Firefighters in a climb up 28 floors wearing 25kgs of Turnout Gear and Breathing Apparatus. This year, the Firefighter's Charity Fund with your help will be climbing to raise $700,000 to aid in the fight against depression, PTSI and suicide. Compete, donate, or sponsor a Firefighter to help the Emergency Services Foundation support mental health initiatives.

This will be my third time tackling the Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb, and once again Iโm asking for your support to help raise $1 million for three incredible organisations: Lifeline, the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, and the 000Foundation.
These groups provide life-saving mental health support, fund vital cancer research, and care for the Emergency Services and Defence communities who put everything on the line for us.
๐จโ๐ Iโve proudly served as an on-call firefighter with Fire and Rescue NSW Albury North 206 for nearly 10 years, and as a volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service Thurgoona Brigade for over 13 years. Climbing 28 floors in 25kg of gear is toughโbut itโs nothing compared to the challenges faced by those weโre supporting.
๐ Iโm deeply grateful to my amazing family and my supportive employer, Charles Sturt University, for standing beside me every step of the way.
As a migrant, Iโve been welcomed by this community with open arms. Giving back through service is my way of saying thank you.
๐ Please donate if you can, share if you will, and help us break the stigma, fund the research, and support those who need it most.
Every step countsโevery dollar helps.
Thank you!
